Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to use this platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for any activity conducted under their account.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, abusive language, or unauthorized distribution of content on the platform.

Compliance with Laws

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the management of their guests and all uploaded content.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

There is a no refund policy in place. But if you feel a refund is strongly justified you can contact us via email at contact@eventguestmanager.com. You should use the free trial period to evaluate the app’s compatibility with your event requirements before making a purchase.

Cancelling Subscription

There is also a no cancellation policy in place.If you have made payment for one of the pricing tiers, you can pause your event for a maximum of 2 months and resume thereafter. If you need a longer period, kindly contact us.

Partial Usage

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service or for unused time within a subscription tier.

Duplicate Charges and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical glitch resulting in duplicate charges or an incorrect billing amount, users must report the discrepancy to contact@eventguestmanager.com within 7 business days. Valid technical errors are the only circumstances under which a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Trial Periods and One-Time Fees

If a free trial is offered, users are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a one-time fee or subscription payment is processed, it is considered final. It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the app’s compatibility with their event requirements prior to purchase.

Account Termination

Event Guest Manager reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining balance on the subscription.

User-Generated Content

By uploading images and videos to the platform, users grant the app a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content for promotional and marketing purposes.

Public Visibility

Users acknowledge that all uploaded images and videos may be publicly accessible on the platform and can be viewed by other users and visitors.

Usage Rights

The app reserves the right to use uploaded content for marketing, promotional materials, social media, and other advertising efforts without additional consent or compensation to the user.

Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Disputes Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our support team.

Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration held in Nigeria.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Disclaimer

Our platform is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available', without any warranties or guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free, secure, or virus-free.

Resolution for Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and take infringement claims seriously. Please follow these steps for reporting:

Investigation

We will investigate all claims and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Liabilities

We limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

Data Loss or Unauthorized Access

We aim to secure all data using most up-to-date security features from third-party providers. However, we are not liable for any data loss or unauthorized account access resulting from security breaches or technical issues.
